Looking for Landscape Architect or Designer who want to join our landscape design/build team.

We are a team of ridiculously silly people who produce a ridiculously serious product. We are a landscaping company located in FAR East Austin that specializes in xeriscaping, native Texas plants, and green design. We are a small design/build landscape company that provides design and installation services to homeowners and local companies that share our vision of maintaining a natural, sustainable ecosystem in our city.

• Take initial Installation meetings with clients to understand style, scope, and material selection.
• Correspond with client throughout pre-sale process to establish design and budget.
• Assemble bid package for client.

• Create 2D and 3D Landscape Designs to scale for residential and small commercial work. Design work done with Sketch Up, V-ray, and Layout.
• Create beautifully drawn designs while conveying important construction notes for our crews.
• Stay in communication with clients and project manager on design details.

Base Pay $45K-50K

Plus commission (10k-15k).

Health Care options, 2 Weeks of PTO, Holidays, and good times after 60 day trial period.

• Landscape Architecture degree and/or 2 years experience in design.
• Proficiency with Sketch Up, V-ray, and Layout.
• Familiarity with biding projects
• Ability to work in the field(I.e. lift over 80 LBS frequently, dig holes, and move wheel barrows.
• An open mind and open heart.
