Graphic Designer

Description

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Graphic Designer (contract). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining visual assets across print, digital, environmental, and experiential touchpoints while ensuring brand consistency across multiple concepts. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Create print, digital, and environmental design assets including signage, packaging, collateral, marketing materials, presentations, and web graphics.

+ Maintain and evolve visual identity systems across multiple brands while ensuring consistency and brand integrity.

+ Prepare production-ready artwork and coordinate with external vendors, printers, and fabricators.

+ Develop mockups, presentations, and visual concepts for new initiatives and brand launches.

+ Partner with operations, marketing, leadership, and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects.

+ Manage design templates, asset libraries, and creative files for long-term organization and scalability.

+ Support ongoing brand updates, seasonal campaigns, and creative enhancements.

+ Contribute to typography, layout, signage, and visual system development.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting hospitality, retail, lifestyle, consumer, or experiential brands.

+ Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, print production, environmental graphics, and marketing design.

+ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

+ Experience preparing files for production and working with print and signage vendors.

+ Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.

+ Proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience supporting multi-location or consumer-facing brands.

+ Familiarity with signage design, way finding, and environmental graphics.

+

Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects.

+ Understanding of web asset creation and basic UI/UX design principles.

+ Experience working in fast-paced, highly collaborative creative environments.
