- Demonstrated senior-level judgment in building plans, spatial design, code coordination, and constructability, with substantial responsibility for reviewing or delivering this work.
- Ability to write precise reference answers, assess competing approaches, and justify corrections with traceable evidence.
$100-$130/hr
