Here, you’ll go beyond prescriptions—delivering evidence‑based care, overseeing mid‑level providers, and offering cutting‑edge treatments like TMS and Spravato in a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

• Competitive Compensation: $325,000 annually, plus incentive opportunities for mid‑level collaboration
• Full‑Time, In‑Office:
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; no nights, weekends, or on‑call duties
• Modern Outpatient Clinic:
  High staff‑to‑physician ratio, minimizing administrative burden

  Participate in TMS and Spravato programs, clinical leadership, and mid‑level supervision

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise up to three mid‑level providers (NPs/PAs) and provide clinical guidance
• Provide medical oversight for TMS and Spravato treatments alongside trained staff
• Collaborate with in‑house therapists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure patient‑centered care

• MD or DO with active Texas Medical License
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Experience supervising NPs/PAs preferred, not required
• Familiarity with TMS or Spravato is a plus (training provided)
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
