• The heart failure teams consists of two AHF cardiologists
• See a mix of clinic patients, typically 8-10 in a half day of clinic, and provide hospital consults.
• Open to practicing cardiologists as well as those in training.
• Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant preferred with particular interest in cardiologists with pre- and post-transplant care experience desired
