- The heart failure team consists of two AHF cardiologists
- See a mix of clinic patients, typically 8-10 in a half day of clinic, and provide hospital consults.
- Open to practicing cardiologists as well as those in training.
- Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant preferred with particular interest in cardiologists with pre‑ and post‑transplant care experience desired.
