We are on the lookout for a board-certified or board-eligible Critical Care Physician who specializes in VV/VA ECMO and advanced heart failure treatment. Join our collaborative ICU team ’s and Heart Hospital of Austin, where we prioritize patient-first, community-centered care.

As a Critical Care Physician, you will:

• Manage high-acuity medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICU patients.
• Work in a supportive environment with day shifts only and minimal on-call duties.
• Collaborate with a phenomenal team dedicated to excellence in patient care.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Board certification or eligibility in critical care (MD or DO).
• An active Texas license (preferred).
• A commitment to clinical excellence and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with advanced heart failure patients, VA/VV ECMO, and LVAD, ideally with 2-3 years as a BC Intensivist.
