Full-Time W-2 | In-Person (hybrid) | Austin, TXKiddo Psychiatry is an independent, physician-led outpatient psychiatry practice serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families.

We are building Kiddo around thoughtful patient care, physician well-being, and the belief that psychiatrists should have the flexibility and autonomy to practice good medicine. We are not a large corporate or private-equity-owned practice.###
** This Role Is Designed for Psychiatrists Who Want
*** Full-time W-2 stability
* 35 clinical hours + 5 protected administrative hours per week

** What Your Day-to-Day Practice Looks Like
*** In-person outpatient child and adolescent psychiatry in Austin
* 60 to 90 minute new patient evaluations
* 30-minute follow-up visits
* ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, mood disorders, autism-related concerns, other conditions seen in child, adolescent and adult psychiatry
* Medication management and longitudinal psychiatric care
* Collaboration with families, therapists, pediatricians, and schools when appropriate###

** What We’re Looking For
*** MD or DO
* Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship trained or currently completing fellowship
* Board-certified or board-eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
* Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one
* DEA registration or eligibility
* Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
* Commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based, family-centered care Experienced psychiatrists and graduating Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellows are encouraged to apply.
