Responsibilities Include
- Performing general GI procedures such as EGD, Colonoscopy, PEG tube placement, and basic hepatology.
- Optional training in ERCP, EUS, motility, or EMR/ESD enhances capabilities.
- Providing inpatient hospital coverage with a typical call schedule of 1:3 initially, transitioning to 1:4.
- Supporting a large clinic environment with up to three providers and access to an attached endoscopy center.
- Collaborating with two other physicians in a well-established practice.
- Transitioning focus from hospital to outpatient care over time.
- Board certification in gastroenterology preferred; open to new graduates.
- Proficiency in core GI procedures required; advanced skills like ERCP and EUS are optional.
