All Sports Coach – Continuous Recruitment

Join us as an All Sports Coach at Regents School of Austin. This part‑time position is stipend only and there are no full‑time coaching positions available.

Regents School of Austin is a TAPPS5A/Division II school with over 90 coaches leading 52 teams across 15 sports. The athletics mission is to redeem sports for Christ and to coach, play and cheer in a way that honors Christ and serves as salt and light to the world. Core values include prayer, readiness, wisdom, others and grit (ARMOR). The school has earned 27 state championships across 8 sports since 2000.

• Coach assigned sport(s) and provide instruction and mentorship to student‑athletes.
• Develop and implement training programs that reflect Christian principles and school values.
• Attend and support school events, meets, and games as required.
• Maintain accurate team records, attendance, and performance statistics.
• Collaborate with administration, faculty, and other coaches to promote student development and safety.

• Must be a Christian.
• Passion for discipling children through athletics.
• Experience coaching at the high school or college level (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to the school’s mission, purpose, philosophy, objectives, and doctrinal statement.

All board members, administration, faculty, coaches and instructional personnel must agree to the school’s Purpose, Mission, Philosophy, Objectives and Doctrinal Statement, evidenced annually by signing a statement of agreement with Article II. Additional doctrinal statements include the Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy and the Nashville Statement: A Coalition for Biblical Sexuality.
