Personal Assistant to Influencer

Work Style: Primarily remote with occasional in-person support

Travel: Required as needed

We are seeking an experienced, highly polished Personal Assistant to support a confidential, high‑profile influencer. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the influencer ecosystem and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Discretion, initiative, and strong creative instincts are essential.

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in influencer marketing or as a Personal Assistant to an influencer or public figure
• Must be located near Austin, Texas
• Must have own computer and phone
• Availability to travel
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

This role blends personal assistance, content execution, and influencer operations. You will manage day‑to‑day logistics while supporting content strategy, brand deliverables, and launches.

• Edit short‑form video content for brand partnerships and organic posts
• Write and refine captions aligned with brand guidelines, contracts, and deadlines
• Ensure all sponsored content meets deliverable requirements and posting timelines
• Monitor trends across Instagram, Tik Tok, and short‑form video platforms
• Assist with “day in the life” and lifestyle content planning
• Advise on what to film, when to film, and which formats are currently performing
• Support content planning during travel and high‑volume seasons

• Manage posting and scheduling across Instagram and Tik Tok
• Pre‑schedule content when needed to ensure consistency
• Create daily graphics and story content
• Track best‑selling products and performance
• Maintain and update storefronts, collections, and product lists
• Monitor sales, promotions, and platform‑specific opportunities
• Coordinate monthly selects or brand highlights with stylist and team
• Contribute recommendations on products to feature based on trends and performance

• Provide weekly performance summaries highlighting growth, wins, and opportunities
• Flag high‑performing content to replicate or scale strategically

• Manage calendar and schedule maintenance
• Book flights, transportation, accommodations, and travel logistics
• Coordinate appointments (hair, nails, skin, wellness, etc.)
• Assist with calls, emails, bookings, and day‑to‑day support
• Triage inboxes and flag urgent items

• Work closely with management, stylist, and PR teams
• Track weekly deliverables, deadlines, and campaign requirements
• Support brand launches, campaigns, and major content rollouts

• Manage links across Amazon, LTK, and Tik Tok Shop
• Flag broken or outdated links
• Assist with merch drops, collections, and campaign launches
• Ensure all links and content are aligned during launch windows

• Has hands‑on experience inside the influencer space
• Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving, high‑visibility environment
• Balances creative instincts with strong operational execution
• Polished, professional, and calm under pressure
