You are a coach and guide who applies AI resources and motivational strategies to help talented youth complete high school years ahead of schedule. No classroom discipline, no conventional instruction.

• Guide and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated pathways
• Mentor students in life skills—including grit, resilience, focus, and public speaking—while supporting academic objectives
• Use AI-powered tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction to individual needs
• Encourage students to progress in adaptive learning platforms and reach ambitious educational milestones
• Work alongside a team redefining education for high-performing students

• Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
• Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
• Daily use of generative AI tools in an educational setting (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
