Base Pay Range

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior technical or architectural leadership roles
• Proven experience building and operating mass consumer platforms at scale
• Strong experience with GCP, including Big Query, Bigtable, Cloud Run, and GKE, as well as Kubernetes
• Expertise in Go backend services and gRPC
• Experience designing Graph

• Deep understanding of authentication and identity federation, including Auth0, Okta, and SAML SSO

A Fintech client of Insight Global is seeking a Director of Engineering & Platform Architecture leader to define and drive the architecture and technical strategy for a multi-tenant wealth management platform. This role focuses on scalability, security, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with engineering, product, compliance, and integration teams.

• Design and build a scalable architecture for a multi-tenant platform serving correspondent firms and millions of investors
• Define technical strategy for white-label and partner-branded experiences
• Ensure secure authorization models and strong tenant isolation
• Lead architecture for high-volume onboarding, funding, and trading workflows in a cloud-native GCP environment
• Embed SEC, FINRA, and SOC 2 compliance into system design with auditability and data retention
• Provide technical leadership across Go-based backend services and Graph
