What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and execute advanced learning sessions – Build workshops spanning mathematics, science, philosophy, and creative writing, while delivering individualized mentorship to 15‑20 gifted learners progressing at 5‑10x standard velocity
  • Identify and resolve cognitive barriers – Adjust methodologies dynamically to support students who have surpassed conventional education structures and require sharper intellectual engagement
  • Apply AI tools for tailored instruction
  • Partner and refine systems – Improve workshop frameworks collaboratively and measure effectiveness using both qualitative insights and quantitative data
Basic Requirements
  • Premier education background – Bachelor's degree earned from an Ivy League institution or equivalent university
  • Demonstrated academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, early college graduation, or comparable accomplishment
  • Recognized academic credential – Prestigious scholarship recipient (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society member, PhD holder, or university‑level teaching experience
  • 3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any setting
  • Regular AI tool engagement – Self‑reported daily utilization of generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
  • Geographic commitment – Willingness to relocate to or maintain in‑person presence in Austin (Georgetown), TX
  • Employment eligibility – Authorized to work legally in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
