Adult Education Instructor (Teacher) – responsible for delivering, improving, and evaluating training programs for our employees. Provides on‑the‑job training, professional development, and supports advancement opportunities.

• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees (both orientation and in‑job training).
• Work with company management to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
• Deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques and teaching tools.
• Administer training for designated groups, motivating trainees through effective methodologies in both group and individual settings.
• Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees perform their responsibilities according to training.
• Ensure compliance with standards and procedures during training sessions.
• Provide support and mentoring for new employees and identify areas needing reinforcement.
• Offer continual support to onsite management.
• Assist in evaluating training programs.
• Conduct periodic operational audits/inspections of all clinical operational practices, policies, and standards (monthly or quarterly).
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

• Knowledge of adult learning techniques.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks, and set goals for productivity.
• Creative and problem‑solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate learning needs.
• Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners.
• Technologically proficient in MS products – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Good research skills for advanced analytical research to find reliable content.
• High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies; willingness to keep up to date with new techniques.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of work‑related skill, knowledge, or experience.
• Expert use of computers.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with learning management systems.

25% out of state travel may be required.
