Role OverviewAdult Education Instructor (Teacher) – responsible for delivering, improving, and evaluating training programs for our employees. Provides on‑the‑job training, professional development, and supports advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with instructional designers to develop programs and curricula for employees (both orientation and in‑job training).
- Work with company management to identify training needs and schedule sessions.
- Deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques and teaching tools.
- Administer training for designated groups, motivating trainees through effective methodologies in both group and individual settings.
- Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees perform their responsibilities according to training.
- Ensure compliance with standards and procedures during training sessions.
- Provide support and mentoring for new employees and identify areas needing reinforcement.
- Offer continual support to onsite management.
- Assist in evaluating training programs.
- Conduct periodic operational audits/inspections of all clinical operational practices, policies, and standards (monthly or quarterly).
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
- Knowledge of adult learning techniques.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks, and set goals for productivity.
- Creative and problem‑solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate learning needs.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners.
- Technologically proficient in MS products – Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Good research skills for advanced analytical research to find reliable content.
- High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies; willingness to keep up to date with new techniques.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of work‑related skill, knowledge, or experience.
- Expert use of computers.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Familiarity with learning management systems.
25% out of state travel may be required.
