• Facilitating one-hour life skills sessions with K-2 students, providing coaching and supporting reading skills introduced by Reading Specialists
• Inspiring students to progress through adaptive learning applications and meet weekly academic targets
• Guiding emotional regulation, resilience, and problem-solving through consistent routines and supportive presence
• Monitoring student development and requirements, identifying concerns proactively, and adapting approaches in partnership with your team
• Building a classroom environment that balances structure, playfulness, and individualized attention

• Must be available to work full-time and in-person at our Miami, FL campus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3+ years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in education, after school, coaching, or similar environments
• Compelling storyteller and energetic speaker: able to engage and hold the attention of groups of young kids
• Able to hold high standards for yourself and students, and inspire kids to meet their goals
• Growth mindset and coachable attitude
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us:
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
