In this position, you will guide each family's experience from initial outreach through enrollment, ensuring that every touchpoint embodies Alpha's precision, authenticity, and excellence. You will manage day‑to‑day correspondence, organize impactful admissions events, and maintain precise applicant data that supports informed decision‑making.

What You Will Be Doing- Manage and oversee the admissions inbox, delivering prompt, considerate, and professional responses to prospective families (both virtually and face‑to‑face)
- Handle and monitor digital admissions documentation with rigorous attention to accuracy
- Take part in all admissions events, including information sessions, shadow days, and community gatherings, on campus and online
- Work closely with Lead Guides to arrange student shadow day visits
- Maintain admissions platforms, records, and follow‑up workflows with precision and currency
- Shape admissions policy or render final admissions determinations
- Function in an entirely administrative capacity with no direct family engagement
- Work within a sluggish, overly procedural organizational structure
- Concentrate exclusively on interpersonal rapport without disciplined execution and accountability
Key Responsibilities
This role ensures that a frictionless, high‑conversion admissions process fuels robust enrollment and family satisfaction across Alpha's campuses.
Basic Requirements- Experience in education, teaching, admissions, enrollment management, or a comparable area
- 2+ years of client‑facing experience in admissions, enrollment, events, or similar roles
- Robust administrative and organizational capabilities; dependable and meticulous
- Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated proficiency in maintaining accurate applicant records or CRM systems
- Comfortable managing remote responsibilities alongside in‑person campus duties
- Capable of adjusting swiftly and flourishing in a fast‑moving, mission‑focused environment
- Authorized to work in the US and available to work on‑site in Austin, TX;
San Francisco, CA;
Santa Barbara, CA; or NYC, NY

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
