In a child care program, floaters are responsible for helping out in classrooms and around the school. The floater position is essential to a high quality early childhood education center and this role is often the glue that holds everything together.
Responsibilities- Interact with children
- Assist during classroom transitions
- Cover breaks and/or planning time
- Substitute for teachers when they are out
- Clean and organize
This position is for 12 PM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
