Greater Austin YMCA is seeking an After school Youth Development Leader for a part-time role in the Austin area. You will create a safe, engaging environment for children aged 4–12 after school while following an established curriculum.
The position offers weekday afternoon shifts, a chance to impact students’ social-emotional growth, and the opportunity to contribute to a welcoming YMCA community. Sign-on bonuses may apply for selected locations.
