As an Infant Teacher, you'll play an important role in helping our youngest learners feel safe, loved, and excited to explore the world around them.

• Create a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Build meaningful relationships with babies and their families
• Celebrate exciting milestones, from first giggles to first steps
• Lead age-appropriate activities using our Balanced Learning curriculum
• Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Work alongside a team that shares your passion for early childhood education

• Have a genuine love for babies and young children
• Are dependable, patient, nurturing, and positive
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Communicate well with families and coworkers
• Have previous childcare experience (preferred, but not required)
• Are excited to learn and grow in early childhood education
