Dean College of Graduate Health Sciences

Our client is seeking a Dean who will report to the Chancellor and provide leadership, support, and strategic direction for students, faculty, and staff within a graduate-focused college in an academic health sciences environment. This individual will be responsible for advancing academic excellence, strengthening graduate education, and promoting a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and student success. The role calls for an accomplished academic leader who can work effectively across a complex institutional structure and engage a broad range of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative consensus-builder with strong strategic judgment and the ability to align graduate education priorities with institutional research goals. They will cultivate productive partnerships with academic and research leaders, advocate effectively for graduate students and faculty, and support initiatives that enhance research, training, and mentorship. The appointment will be tenure-track at the associate or full professor level.

Significant support will be available for candidates who wish to maintain active externally funded research programs.
