Director of Direct-To-Customer Innovation & Digital Health leading strategy for patient-centric digital experiences in oncology, specifically CLL.
Responsibilities- define and execute a seamless, compliant digital platform connecting patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
- develop scientific messaging
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, and marketing
- establish KPIs to measure engagement, satisfaction, and accessibility
- manage social media presence and partnerships with patient advocacy groups
- ensure privacy and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, WCAG)
- drive agile product development and prioritize customer-first culture
- medical affairs background with degrees in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or pharmacology
- experience translating complex science into accessible messaging
- strong technical fluency with Salesforce, analytics, CMS, web architecture
- proven success leveraging data and behavioral insights
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- understanding of healthcare regulatory and privacy standards
- Master’s degree or MBA
- experience in consumer health or wellness platforms
- expertise in AI personalization, large-scale engagement, digital therapeutics, oncology or chronic disease experience
Location:
remote with 20% travel.
