Remote – United States

The Learning Consultant designs, implements, and evaluates training strategies to enhance employee performance or educational experiences. This role goes beyond traditional course development to create strategic, human-centered learning environments. The Learning Consultant assesses skill gaps, curates content and implements digital-first strategies—such as blended learning, AI-enabled tools, and microlearning—to strengthen capability development and improve organizational performance.

• Needs Assessment:
  Consult with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and learning objectives.
• Instructional Design:
  Create engaging training materials, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
• Facilitation:
  Deliver training sessions in‑person or virtually, and conduct "train‑the‑trainer" sessions.
• Evaluation:
  Measure the effectiveness of training programs using analytics and feedback to drive improvement.
• Content Management:
  Maintain and update learning management systems (LMS) and training materials.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Usually 3–5 years in training, instructional design, or L&D roles.
• Skills:
  
  Proficiency in LMS platforms, e‑learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate), and strong project management skills.
• Travel Requirements:
  Delivery is remote with up to 30% of travel required.

• Strong understanding of adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to blend technology with traditional teaching methods.

Anticipated annual salary range: $75,000 - $90,000. Compensation may vary based on skill, experience, and location. Eligible employees may have opportunities to become PTC shareholders through our employee share purchase program (ESPP) and may qualify for equity programs.
