• Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including review of RFP/RFQ requirements, development of win themes, content planning, drafting, editing, and final submission
• Analyze solicitation documents to identify key client requirements, deliverables, and evaluation criteria.
• Create annotated outlines, compliance matrices, and content plans to guide technical contributors.
• Serve as lead writer and editor for proposal sections including executive summaries, project narratives, management approaches, and key personnel resumes.
• Facilitate internal debriefs after each submission to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain proposal templates, libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Prepare and present supporting marketing materials and presentations for clients, partners and internal stakeholders.

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience developing proposals within the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Foundational understanding of construction industry practices and procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with Bluebeam and SharePoint.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in a corporate environment to increase knowledge sharing and productivity
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
• Ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes, and help produce workable solutions.
