You as a Senior Proposal Specialist will:- Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including review of RFP/RFQ requirements, development of win themes, content planning, drafting, editing, and final submission
- Analyze solicitation documents to identify key client requirements, deliverables, and evaluation criteria.
- Create annotated outlines, compliance matrices, and content plans to guide technical contributors.
- Serve as lead writer and editor for proposal sections including executive summaries, project narratives, management approaches, and key personnel resumes.
- Facilitate internal debriefs after each submission to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain proposal templates, libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency and accessibility.
- Prepare and present supporting marketing materials and presentations for clients, partners and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience developing proposals within the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Foundational understanding of construction industry practices and procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with Bluebeam and SharePoint.
- Experience leveraging AI tools in a corporate environment to increase knowledge sharing and productivity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
- Ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes, and help produce workable solutions.
