- Monitor North American operating sites from the 24/7 Remote Operation Center (ROC)
- Provide notifications regarding energy technology events and issues to relevant teams
- Remotely troubleshoot and diagnose operational and technical issues
- Participate in cross-team training on specific topics, systems, and processes
- Complete required training and develop a working knowledge of fleet monitoring tools
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a technical-related position, with at least 1 year in power operations or renewable energy
- Ability to walk, climb, and stand extensively during the workday
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage customer relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams
- Experience with renewable energy troubleshooting tools/software such as Toolbox
ST, Toolkit, or Fluence - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited school
- Motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated desire to learn about the renewables sector
- Proven ability to empathize and build relationships with a diverse set of backgrounds
