This is a remote opportunity. You must have 4‑5 years minimum of Revit experience as well as low‑voltage experience.
Job SummaryThe BIM Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of BIM projects, from design and modeling to installation coordination and as‑built delivery.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Take a project from start to finish, designing the system, modeling, and coordinating the model.
- Oversee and track installation progress in accordance with the model and complete a full as‑built deliverable.
- Meet with clients (existing and potential), contractors, and other project staff.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Compensation:
Min USD $20.00/Yr. – Max USD $30.00/Yr.
- 4‑5 years of Revit experience.
- Experience in low‑voltage systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks (preferred).
- Ability to read, write, and present project information effectively.
The BIM Coordinator must be self‑motivated, professional, and capable of working at heights, off a ladder, and in confined spaces. The role requires strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements- High School diploma or GED equivalency required;
Associate’s Degree preferred. - Minimum one (1) year of professional experience as a BIM coordinator, detailer, or modeler.
- Must have at least one (1) year of experience demonstrating the use of computer‑aided design software.
- Must meet company minimum driving standards; license required.
