Western Midstream operates the Mentone Gas Plant near Kermit, TX. This on-site role requires a strong background in gas plant operations, PSM, and related oil and gas processing knowledge. You will work a 12-hour rotating shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, living within 75 miles of Kermit.
Responsibilities include safety compliance, SOP drafting, P&, operator coaching, and generating production and maintenance reports. Travel is 0–10% of the time.
