BGE, Inc. would like to hire a 3+ year Engineer in Training (EIT) up to the level of Senior Project Engineer (PE) to support the design and engineering efforts of Water/Wastewater Treatment Facility Plants. Candidates may be based at one of our Central Texas offices:
South Austin (Directors Blvd), North Austin (Louis Henna Blvd), or San Antonio (San Pedro Ave).

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Registered EIT or PE in Texas required, or can be acquired through reciprocity within 6 months of hire.
• 3 – 5+ years of experience working in public works and/or municipal services projects.
• Experience in water and sewer system planning and design, including biological treatment systems, membrane treatment facilities, pump stations, and piping design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of relevant CAD software;
  Civil 3D preferred.
• Experience with water modeling software (Water
  
  GEMS, Info Water, or comparable) preferred.
• Willingness and ability to be in one of our Central Texas offices (Austin or San Antonio) on a regular basis.
