Responsibilities- Degree in engineering, electrical preferred.
- 7+ years of engineering experience.
- 2+ years of PV design engineering experience.
- 2+ years of engineering management experience.
- Battery/Storage experience, preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Proficiency in solar system design software (Helioscope, AutoCAD, PVsyst).
- NABCEP Design Specialist Certification, preferred.
- Knowledge of Electric (NEC) and Fire codes.
- Experience in preparing electrical engineering design packages.
