We are currently hiring a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead, problem-solve, and mentor engineering staff on projects involving cutting-edge structural systems for high-tech or industrial facilities, focusing on steel and strut configurations. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work in a hybrid onsite/remote environment. Local candidates are encouraged to apply; relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an ABET-accredited college.
- PE license required; SE license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of structural design codes (ASCE, AISC, ACI).
- Experience with engineering software such as RISA, STAAD, and Revit is preferred.
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Salary range: $115,000 - $150,000+ annually, depending on experience and certifications.
