Sr. Project Manager - Buildings

We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at the project site, reporting directly to the client’s Construction Director and working alongside other project managers, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also perform on-site oversite of a data center program.

You’ll plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects to ensure client goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.

As the onsite Owners Representative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of a project, but also the material management, schedule, cost, scope and safety of the team. • Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or related
• 12+ years experience on data center or related projects
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an Engineering, Environmental or Construction organization
• Strong working knowledge of pre‑design and pre‑construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM‑Lean, DBIA Professional, Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (PE), or Architect license/certification

The base salary range for this position is $ to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
