We are currently seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, experience in process optimization, and a passion for continuous improvement.

- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Develop, quote and deploy tools to facilitate manufacturing processes
- Conduct process simulations and modeling to analyze performance and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to implement process changes and improvements.
- Design and implement new processes or equipment to support production goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process failures or quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams on new processes or equipment.
- Monitor process performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis
- Experience with 3D printing equipment
- Proficiency in process simulation software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with process automation and control systems is desirable.
