We are looking for a candidate, passionate about geotechnics, with solid experience in supervising various geotechnical engineering missions, in order to strengthen our workforce to support our growth and ensure the success of our projects.

As a principal engineer, you will play a key role in the development of our activities and the completion of projects geotechnical, in France and internationally, involving various structures such as tunnels, deep storage sites, maritime structures and offshore structures, slope stability and natural risks.

• Leadership
  :
  Generate new opportunities to support the growth of the company by relying on a network established and strong technical expertise.
• Technical supervision and project management
  :
  Supervise geotechnical studies integrating the support of digital tools. In this context, provide your expertise to senior engineers and project engineers, validate reports and recommendations transmitted to customers, while guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, costs and quality requirements.
• Customer relations
  :
  Interact with project owners, design offices, project management and construction companies construction, from the proposal phase to project closure, to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Continuous improvement, innovation and technical monitoring
  :
  Stay informed of normative and technical developments in the field of geotechnics and participate in the constant improvement of the ITASCA product and service offering, within ITASCA France but also in interaction with the other offices of the ITASCA group.

• Master/engineering diploma/PhD Thesis in the geotechnical field;
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the field of geotechnics, ideally as a project manager or company construction;
• Knowledge of digital simulation tools in geomechanics (ITASCA or third-party software such as Plaxis, Midas, Cesar);
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team with various stakeholders (customers, partners, colleagues);
• Fluent in French and mastery of English.
