Join Samsung Semiconductor as an Industrial Wastewater Operations Supervisor to lead water treatment and reclamation processes on our semiconductor campus.

The Water Treatment and Reclamation (WTR) team is responsible for providing continuous, safe, and high-quality utilities to our fab. This role involves driving sustainability, operational excellence, and the adoption of advanced technologies to ensure plant resilience, environmental stewardship, and safety.

• Participate in biological and dewatering processes.
• Operate and oversee CuWW treatment and Membrane Bio Reactor (M ) systems.
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting, inspection, and field data collection for equipment and process issues.
• Maintain and operate IWT equipment within guidance provided.
• Uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Preferred 2-year degree.
• Valid A or B TCEQ WWT Operators License.
• 8+ years of experience in an industrial facility environment.
• Ability to translate organizational strategy into effective tactical execution at a leadership level.
• Mentorship skills to guide technicians across all experience levels.

Full-time onsite. Base salary ranges from $82,819 to $120,015. Total compensation may include a competitive benefits package and incentive compensation.
