We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineers (PE) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the structural project design team in the coordination and design of various structural building projects during both the design and construction phase.

• Conduct detailed structural analysis and designs of structural engineering for education (K-12 and Higher Ed), commercial, religious, healthcare, sports & entertainment, hospitality, retail, and federal/government projects using various design software such as Revir, Risa Floor, Risa 3D, Etabs, and Bluebeam.
• Perform vertical and lateral analysis of structures, ensuring their stability and safety.
• Prepare comprehensive structural reports and documentation for both internal use and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, construction project managers, and other engineers to ensure that project specifications and safety standards are met.
• Review and approve project drawings and specifications, making necessary changes or corrections.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that structures are constructed according to design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and regulations like IBC, ASCA, AISC, ACI, MSJC, NDS, PTI, and incorporate them into designs and strategies.
• Provide technical advice to the team and clients regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have a valid PE license.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering.
• Proficiency in using structural engineering software such as Revir, Risa Floor, Risa 3D, Etabs, and Bluebeam.
• Familiarity with vertical and lateral analysis of structures.
• Strong knowledge of industry codes and regulations including IBC, ASCA, AISC, ACI, MSJC, NDS, PTI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
