Service Engineering Specialist Who we are looking forAs a Service Engineering Specialist, you will lead on‑site technical assessments, installations, and maintenance for complex projects. You’ll troubleshoot issues, address technical inquiries, and ensure seamless integration of our products into client operations. You’ll assist in project planning, perform field tests, and provide training and support to clients and internal teams. Collaborating with the engineering team, you’ll drive process improvements and innovations.
Responsibilities- Execute installations and ensure system performance at client sites
- Support in client management and after‑sales
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation of our products and services
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide swift and effective resolutions
- Work alongside the engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations
- Produce technical documents
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems (Machinery, Automotive, etc).
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawings.
- Nice to have: knowledge of Rhinoceros.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in the US.
- A valid driver’s license.
