Principal Consultant - Transmission and Interconnection
We are seeking a skilled Transmission Planning Manager to lead transmission analysis and manage interconnection processes for renewable energy projects in key US markets. This role involves power system studies, deliverability, evaluating grid capacity, and overseeing interconnection applications to support greenfield development and strategic portfolio growth.
ResponsibilitiesLead transmission planning and analysis for renewable energy projects, perform power system studies, evaluate grid capacity, manage interconnection applications, and support greenfield development.
Requirements- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years in power systems, with some in generation interconnection across NYISO, PJM, SERC or other ISO.
- Proficiency in tools like TARA or PSSE.
