Excellent opportunity for a Construction Estimator, familiar with commercial or industrial projects, to take on an exciting role within an established and highly-regarded contractor.
Job DescriptionYour responsibilities will include job site visits for pre-bids, reading and understanding plans, takeoffs, comparing scopes and costs, producing estimates and maintaining relationships with vendors.
Responsibilities- Reviewing plans, conducting takeoffs and producing your own estimates, as well as overseeing the work of others.
- Job site visits for pre-bids.
- Maintaining relationships between the company and vendors.
- Experience as an Estimator.
- US Work Authorization.
- Medical insurance.
- Vision insurance.
- 401(k).
