We are looking for a talented individual to lead and deliver successful projects that advance our core business unit in North America.

As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end execution of power supply and power electronics projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, timelines, and budgets. This position requires a dynamic professional with expertise in project management, cross-functional coordination, and risk mitigation to drive the success of our innovative solutions.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, from concept to commercialization, while managing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales, to develop and implement customer‑focused solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for strategic OEM accounts to ensure on‑time, high‑quality outcomes that meet revenue and performance targets.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including risk assessments, milestone tracking, and contingency strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions; conduct post‑project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the power electronics, hardware, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of power supply markets and supply chain dynamics, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time to support client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented self‑starter with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin) is required.
• Must be able and willing to hold meetings with the Asia team and the customer in different timezones.
• Must have legal status to work in the US.
