The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor is a critical engineering-focused leadership role responsible for optimizing Production, Warehouse, and Shipping operations to ensure efficiency and on time delivery. This role drives continuous improvement in labor capacity, production processes, system performance, and efficiency metrics while identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks through engineering principles. It requires strong analytical skills to monitor processes, identify root causes, and implement improvements that support operational goals across the Americas Fulfillment Operations team.

As our Fulfillment Operations Supervisor, you’ll support HID’s success by:
  • Leading daily production meetings focused on safety protocols and KPIs with an emphasis on process optimization.
  • Analyzing daily build plans to align departmental work schedules with engineering requirements.
  • Evaluating production and operational metrics using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Applying engineering principles to enhance labor capacity planning, operational flow, and system integration.
  • Ensuring production schedules meet optimal lead times and delivery deadlines.
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities through data analysis and implement engineering-driven solutions.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally to resolve product or material issues using technical expertise.
  • Ensuring safe operation of production equipment and address technical issues to maintain uptime.
  • Preparing and delivering performance reports and process improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Using data-driven insights to support technical and operational decision‑making.
  • Monitoring employee performance and development, providing coaching and mentoring on technical processes.
  • Driving continuous improvements in throughput, efficiency, and system reliability across fulfillment operations.
  • Supporting operational alignment across Production, Warehouse, and Shipping through structured processes and reporting.
  • Partnering with planning, engineering, and quality teams to resolve operational barriers and improve workflow.
Your Experience and Background include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations management with an engineering focus.
  • Experience in data analysis, process optimization, and applying engineering methodologies in production settings.
  • Proficiency in mathematical operations including complex calculations and data analysis.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Strong English communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts across the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or Agile, and MES platforms.
  • Familiarity with systems integration, production scheduling tools, and data analysis applications.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
