Position Overview:

We are seeking aCivil Engineer (EIT or PE)specializing inwater/wastewater designto join a rapidly growing firm inAustin, TX.

This role offers the chance to work onmunicipal water/wastewater projects, including treatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systems, with opportunities forcareer advancementandleadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

For EIT:

• Assist indesigning water/wastewater systems, including plans, specs, and reports.

• Supportproject deliverablesunder the guidance of senior engineers.

• Collaborate with teams ontreatment plants, pump stations, and distribution systems.

For PE:

• Assist inproject scheduling, budgeting, and progress updates.

• Overseeconstruction administration(submittals, contracts, bidding).

• SuperviseEITs, drafters, subcontractors, and inspectors.

• Ensure compliance withmunicipal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

• Licensure:EIT required for junior roles, PE required for senior roles.

• Experience:

oEIT: 1+ years inmunicipal water/wastewater design(drainage experience a plus).

oPE: 5+ years inwater/wastewater design, including project management/construction administration.

Experience with drainage design,permitting, or Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) in Texas (preferred). Project management or municipal client coordination experience(preferred).

• Technical Skills:Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, Water
  
  CAD, ArcGIS, or similar hydraulic modeling software.
• Soft Skills:Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
