- 5+ Support of Micro Station / Project Wise / Open Roads Designer
- 5+ Enterprise software implementation and deployment
- 5+ Software package creation and deployment
- 5+ SME for CADD tools and provides extensive support for civil engineering software
- 5+ Effective customer-centric support
- 5+ Experience providing guidance to end users based on analysis of hardware, software and technologies associated with civil engineering workflows
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Exercises logic and reasoning to define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Makes decisions that support business objectives and goals
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ Years - Work on TxDOT CADD/Engineering projects
- Experience using AI tools to gain efficiencies in Digital Delivery.
