Post-silicon functional and electrical validation, debug, and optimization of processor silicon (CPU/GPU/APU) features, focusing on power and performance attainment.
Must-HaveExperience in power/performance validation and debugging of CPU, GPU, or APU features.
OverviewJoin a technical team focused on validating power and performance for new processor silicon interface features.
The engineer will develop test plans, perform functional & electrical validation, and optimize power/performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct power and performance studies to support business development.
- Validate and optimize product features post-silicon.
- Set up and debug systems under test.
- Experience with power/performance validation for CPUs, GPUs, or APUs.
- Familiarity with graphics, core, and gaming workloads.
- Experience using data acquisition and thermal equipment.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (Power BI, Sigma, etc.).
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site technical organization.
Bachelor’s in Electrical/Computer Engineering (3+ years experience) or Master’s with 1+ year experience.
