- B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required
- Strong communication proficiency, both oral and written
- Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred
- Experience with client relationship management and consultation
- Proven leadership and organization skills in project settings
- Technical proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
