Building Design Structural Engineer

Job Description

Summary
Growing engineering group in West Austin is seeking a Building Design Structural Engineer. This is a junior-level role suited for an EIT or recent PE with building design experience and strong familiarity with Revit. The position offers solid pay, benefits, and room for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Design structural systems for commercial, municipal, and academic buildings using Revit

• Visit active construction sites to confirm work aligns with plans

• Communicate project updates to internal teams and external partners

• Work directly with project owners to gather design needs and provide support

• Assist project engineers and participate in meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of structural building design experience (commercial, municipal, multifamily, retail, residential, etc.)

• EIT required; PE preferred

• Revit experience strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required; master’s degree is a plus

• Motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow with the team
