Base pay range$75.00/hr - $80.00/hr

Responsibilities- Analyze benchmark results and system performance characteristics.
- Identify performance bottlenecks using benchmarks, CPU counters, and system metrics.
- Research architectural trade‑offs across memory, storage, I/O, and scheduling.
- Experience with Linux performance tools, benchmark execution, and test automation.
- Strong understanding of computer architecture.
- Experience with PCIe testing and hardware validation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with industry benchmarks (e.g., STREAM, SPECCPU, HPL, DGEMM).
- I/O and network benchmarking experience (e.g., FIO, iPerf, Infini Band).
- Memory technology benchmarking (DDR5, CXL, HBM).
- Competitive analysis of server and AI workloads.
