Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Due Diligence team as Staff II in Central Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Central Texas Due Diligence team, managing Central Texas Phase I ESAs, and developing relationships with Central Texas clients.

• Deliver the professional consulting services offered by ESE Partners using ESE delivery systems and methodologies.
• Manage numerous projects simultaneously with a focus on Natural Resources.
• Develop scopes of work, proposals, budget estimates, and project strategies for various types of environmental projects.
• Lead preparation of various Due Diligence related reports, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Desktop Reviews, and Transaction Screens.

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing Due Diligence projects.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM 1527 standards and environmental regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site assessments.
