Hours & Pay Pay Rate: $20.50 - $22.55/hour

• • 1st Shift | 2nd Shift | 3rd Shift
  • 12-hour shift
    • Note: Must be flexible for training on a different shift if required
• Employment Type: Temp to Hire

What You'll Do As an Engineering Technician, you'll be the hands-on support that keeps our innovation engine running:

• Conduct engineering tests and help troubleshoot hardware and system issues
• Collect and analyze data to improve product reliability and efficiency
• Build and modify mechanical assemblies and components
• Set up, run, and document testing procedures for quality assurance
• Assist engineers with product development and system validation
• Maintain organized and accurate records of test results and improvements

What You Bring to the Table

• A strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
• The ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Previous technician or engineering support experience (entry-level)
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift up to 35 pounds
