NXP Semiconductors is launching a Technical Sales & Applications Program (TSAP) in Austin for new graduates pursuing customer-facing technical roles in Industrial, IoT, and Automotive markets. You will train to become a Field Application Engineer, working with experienced teams to solve design-in challenges and enable customers with NXP solutions.
The program lasts 9–12 months of integrated learning and on-the-job development, followed by placement as a permanent FAE in the Americas Sales
