Director of Product Management, Hardware

Apptronik is hiring a senior product leader to own hardware product management across Apollo, related peripherals, and core components. The role sits between robotics engineering, manufacturing, commercialization, and customer-facing teams.

This is not a narrow feature PM role. It is product ownership for the physical platform itself: deciding what hardware capabilities matter, how they sequence, and how they support the humanoid's path from pilots into scaled deployments.

• Define hardware product vision and roadmap for Apollo and related systems
• Translate customer outcomes, manufacturing constraints, and field needs into product priorities
• Partner with engineering and manufacturing leaders on build, release, and scaling decisions
• Build the product management function around Apptronik's hardware portfolio

• Product leadership experience with complex hardware, robotics, or hardware/software systems
• Ability to turn technical constraints and market signals into a coherent roadmap
• Comfort working across engineering, operations, manufacturing, sales, and customers
• Experience leading or building product teams in a high-ambiguity environment

Humanoid robotics needs product leadership that treats the machine as a deployable product, not just a research platform. This role is interesting because it owns the hardware decisions that shape what Apollo can realistically do for customers in the field.
